The prized Bresse chickens, Burgundy snails, frogs' legs, escalope of farmer-certified veal liver, Saint-Marcellin cheese, crêpe soufflée with Grand Marnier... <br /> The Brasserie’s cuisine is both traditional and gourmet. <br /> The result is generous and stylized dishes: a success for the pleasure of all food lovers.
